IFL’s Debate Club Charity and Fun Trip

I am not new to the debate club but I am new to people in the club; however, still I am part of the club standing on the alumni ground.

The trip was set on the 5th August with the participants who were all related to debate. What was significant about the trip was that it was planed only one place but it turned out to be three places. How?

We first went to Koh Krobey which was not very far from our capital. The situation was not quite bad. We taught the young kids and students about academic life as planed and left them a bit early since our leaders felt that we ought to go somewhere else. We had lunch at one local resort, Kean Svay and set off back to the capital. There were places in the capital where we shall visit, slums. We went to two slums, Boul Ding and Trolok Bek where we witnessed the fact of the poor.

Two weeks after, the club made out another tour trip for entertainment purpose to Chiso Mountain. It was a very tired trip since we had to carry our stuff for catering to top of the mount. We had barbecue and I was responsible for the grill, not bad .

Aiyo, while people were relaxing, there was a group of people playing card and I was one among them; I won some money.

A bit late afternoon, we all toured around the mount. We separated ourselves into different groups and I were in the leader group; we enjoyed a distant walk. It was a great day again.

It was my first trip with the club since I had been part of it.
